Frequently Asked Questions About Membership Healthcare

Is the membership healthcare plan considered insurance?

No, our membership covers your primary and urgent care needs. We recommend our patients to carry a major medical policy (aka Catastrophic Coverage) for major medical events that result in surgeries, hospital stays, and specialized care.

How do I pay for specialist visits or hospital care?

Your major medical or high-deductible insurance plan covers these services. We can refer you to specialists who are in-netork with your insurance. If you do not have insurance, we can also work to find clinics that operate on a similar model to us, either a membership model or cash pay model

What if I already have a high-deductible insurance plan?

Our membership model is perfect for HDHPs! You pay your small monthly fee for all primary care, allowing you to keep your out of pocket expenses low.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

We do not bill these programs. While you can still be a member, you must sign a waiver stating you will not submit bills to Medicare/Medicaid for our services and understand that we will not be submitting bills to insurance companies.
